However, the system seems heavily reliant on an individual service member. I checked in my car with one person. This person made promises of work that would be done, when it would be done, and answered my responses to the expected “additional items that we found that need to be addressed”. When I was called by a different person because my person was out, he didn’t have the info and needed to call my first person at home. I was told my brake fluid needed to be changed- it was critical! I immediately went to my regular mechanic who tested it in front of me and it measured between 1-2%- did not need to be changed. I use Honda for warranty work only and a local mechanic for everything else. Honda doesn’t build shiny new facilities and service departments for free- you pay for it. More
