Tried to make me feel bad First, I was supposed to be called in the morning, I had to call in because they had the wrong phone number. I finally talked to the guy that was in First, I was supposed to be called in the morning, I had to call in because they had the wrong phone number. I finally talked to the guy that was in charge of my car after being transferred three times, very frustrating. Next, I was told what had to be done to my car. Well if I am not able to pay the high prices from the dealership, I do not HAVE to have the service done and do not appreciate the condescending attitude when I stated that I had to wait. I was told that I needed new tires and that I could spend up to $150. He said "OK, so I need to price them between $150 to $160". I said no, I said up to $150. I did not appreciate the added amount when I had already told him my highest dollar. When I arrived to pick my car up, the gentleman who checked us out was very nice. He was the best part of whole experience. More

She seemed to know just how to help a potential buyer. Second, my sales rep. Derek, who gave us plenty of room, provided answers when he could and researched to get more info and worked as I asked him in presenting my offer.. It was like buying from a friend and continues so after the sale. Third, the car. I was shopping for a newer Vette, but this 2002 C-5 was as immaculate as I could find. Whoever prepared this car knows the art of detailing. I always take a car home amd re-detail it. On this one, I could only find 2 things to improve. Great job, team.. and Thank You ! More
