Satisfied and completed the work within the time said. I had a 1:00 appt, dropped the vehicle off at 11:00 a.m., and let them know that I need the car completed by 4:30. I received the call at 2:00 lettin I had a 1:00 appt, dropped the vehicle off at 11:00 a.m., and let them know that I need the car completed by 4:30. I received the call at 2:00 letting me know the scope of work that would be completed and the approximate dollar amount this would cost. Arrived at 4:30 to pick up my car, the amount came in right under what was quoted and I was on my way to the 5:00 appt scheduled on my calendar. It was a good experience and the car drives so much better. Thank you Honda. More
