Oil change issue Normally when you go in for an oil change you don’t have any problems but this it resulted in an oil leak. Turned out the threads on the oil plug was Normally when you go in for an oil change you don’t have any problems but this it resulted in an oil leak. Turned out the threads on the oil plug was stripped and had to be replaced. My car has 129k miles on it and they said it stripped due to wear. I think it was over torqued. This resulted in additional $120 in repairs. More

Oil change I wasn’t happy at first because I had tried to get an oil change somewhere else but they couldn’t get something off to do the change, so this was an e I wasn’t happy at first because I had tried to get an oil change somewhere else but they couldn’t get something off to do the change, so this was an extra 30 min drive for me. Apparently there were no problems at this location and they washed my car. It did seem to take quite a while though. Over twice as long as I was originally told. More
