One dealer I went to wouldn’t move off the sticker price Honda Jefferson City moved away off the sticker price. would they give me more for my trade? No. In the end I gave they gave. it was a great experience it was short.. I was treated well. Treated with respect. And was made to feel comfortable all during the process. Dealers have come along way in realizing the customer holds the ultimate power of success or failure of any dealer. In my opinion Honda of Jefferson City embodies that very thing giving the customer the final say. I am very happy with my salesman Wes and the whole sales team. More

Not good service Not only do they not take up for and value the customer they don't treat you as well and organized as other dealerships in service. I never once was asked if I needed a ride back to pick my vehicle up and when I called to tell them I did they were nonchalant on time and basically said it will be around that time that they will come but not sure how much later it could be. Finally just found myself a ride. Now the tech who drove me to work was very nice and courteous but he is not a driver so he didn't know to say anything about a return ride. More
