I took it in, and Kent was very honest and very knowledgeable about what the problem was before it was even inspected by the auto body guys. Putting four new tires on was the farthest thing from my mind right before a wedding, but Kent was very helpful and looked for the best deal possible for me all the way from start to finish. I had my car in on a Saturday, and new tires installed and ready to go by the time I got off work on Monday, so it was an easy process all along. More
