Complaint If the digital door lock worked it would have been great. Now I find out it will cost me $50 at a Ford dealership. Not exactly upfront about that. When we arrived it was just a matter of the vehicle being what was advertised. Our salesman Matt was very patient & helpful making the purchase as quick & painless as possible. We live in a county that requires an emission inspection. In Jeff City it is not required. Matt wrote into the deal that it would pass or the dealership would fix it so it would. It passed easily. I would recommend Honda of Jeff City to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. When we are ready to purchase again we will be giving them a shot at our business. More
