Pleasantly surprised Salesman Kurt Lofton did a nice job of keeping us informed and he was easy to negotiate with. He failed to include several pieces of paperwork needed for licensing, which required contacting the dealership and having the documents FedEx'ed to us. More

Salesman ROGER MACKAY, took time to go over differences between the 2017 and 2018 model years of Honda Odyssey. I was only looking at the Odyssey because I owned an 11 year old Odyssey that had served me well. (It was going to a family member that needed reliable transportation-that was reason for me looking at new Honda). I test drove both vehicles. I provided my list of "needs" and "wants" in the new vehicle. He was able to match me the to perfect vehicle for me. Roger, along with the sales manager, worked with me on price. I am very happy. I have hated going to car dealers because they harass you and won't leave you alone but at Jefferson City Honda it is the total opposite because they do not pressure you into anything.
