We have been to multiple dealerships in town and have spoken with several different salesmen. No one we talked to has been as helpful or as knowledgeable as Kurt. When we first met Kurt at Honda of Jefferson City, we told him we were interested in the CR-V. He quickly started running us through all of the fantastic features the CR-V has to offer, but what I really liked about Kurt was that he took the time to get to know us and better understand our needs when it came to buying a new vehicle. Kurt was able to identify how the various features of the CR-V would benefit us personally, and after speaking with him, we knew it would be crazy to purchase anything else. Besides being very knowledgeable about the CR-V and able to answer any of our questions regarding the vehicle and its features, Kurt was so nice and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Great buying experience Kurt and Ruth were very helpful through the whole experience. Very unprofessional I waited beyond the legal 30 days to get my title. Sean was very rude and disrespectful in my efforts of trying to fix the issue. I tried to get out o I waited beyond the legal 30 days to get my title. Sean was very rude and disrespectful in my efforts of trying to fix the issue. I tried to get out of the deal because they were not complying with the law and Sean refused. This is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I will be filing complaints with DOR. Roger was general polite, although his efforts were ineffective at fixing the problems before going to Sean. When I purchased the vehicle they ripped holes in the tint on my window when the dealer papers were taken out of my window. I was told on 4 different occasions that it would be 7 more days until I got my title. None of which were true. The dealership refused to take their part in the blame for the situation. They did not even attempt to get the title until two weeks after I purchased the vehicle. The title clerks were polite, but would not answer phone calls and voicemail boxes were full. This makes it impossible to talk to them unless they are calling you. Roger, Sean, and title clerks never answered their phones. Only called back voicemails if you were able to leave one. At times it took up to 3 hours to receive a return of a phone call. More
