In search for quality SUV When we parked in the Honda dealership and hopped out to look around at some used SUV's, we immediately saw a very friendly person nearby and asked if When we parked in the Honda dealership and hopped out to look around at some used SUV's, we immediately saw a very friendly person nearby and asked if he could help us. That was the beginning of a rather unique experience in that past visits to car lots have proven most cars sales people are a bit anxious, or edgy you might say; but this gentleman named John was very cordial, friendly, and quite informative. Both my wife and I were pleased to seemingly have this sudden wealth of knowledge at our fingertips. John helped us learn & realize many important safety as well as performance considerations for SUV's and how the Honda CR-V compared and usually excelled. His professional style and courteous behavior impressed me greatly since I also work in the world of sales and marketing. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and style of closure when our visit was done, and for some reason deep inside I knew I would be back. Sure enough, several days later I visited again to learn more, see more, and compare more. Once again John left me with more information and better direction; I was making progress on my journey to find my wife the type of high quality and performance SUV she desired. Great buying experience. I was buying a 1966 Chevy C10 Custom so the negotiation was tricky.
