Awesome car buying experience with both Ruth and Kurt Lofton I was referred to Honda of Jefferson City by a good friend of mine in STL who recently purchased her 2017 Honda CRV AWD Touring through this dealer. I was referred to Honda of Jefferson City by a good friend of mine in STL who recently purchased her 2017 Honda CRV AWD Touring through this dealer. I first contacted Ruth Lofton (Internet Sales) via email who responded back right away regarding my interest in purchasing a new 2017 CRV. She was extremely attentive, pleasant, and very detailed oriented while responding back to dozens of emails I had sent to her. I was able to get an awesome OTD price from her with her manager's (Brian Ehase) approval who I was also in contact prior to delivery date as he made sure I was completely satisfied with his sales team and the service they were providing. Next thing I knew I was going in a few days later to pick up my new ride! Even my trade-in vehicle was done over email based on pictures and VIN that I had sent to them. After agreeing on the price, the ext/int color, and trade-in value that I wanted, I was contacted by Kurt Lofton who was the sales rep that would take care the whole "customer experience" from the time I stepped into the dealership until I drove off the vehicle from the lot. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with from the get go. He made sure the entire process while I was down at the dealer go smoothly and to my utmost satisfaction. He is by far the most honest and pleasant new car sales rep I have ever dealt with since purchasing new vehicles from 20 years ago. He is the complete opposite of those typical "pushy/slick" car salesperson that most people envision while purchasing a car which causes undue stress throughout the entire process. But not with Kurt or with Ruth who both happen to make an impressive husband and wife sales team down at Honda Jefferson City! And when you factor in Brian who ensured that I was completely satisfied before I left the dealership I was an extremely happy camper driving back to STL. If anyone is interested in purchasing a new Honda vehicle than I highly suggest working first through Ruth Lofton and be prepare for a great car buying experience while never stepping foot into the dealership until it's time to pick up your new ride. And no, they did not pay me to write this review! More

John then spent some time explaining the features and the controls of the Honda Sport. More
