My husband has issues with mobility and therefore, a SUV seemed to be the answer for now. Josh guided us in the right direction. The only thing I found wanting was the fact the back hatch door does not open by the key fob This is pretty important to me when its raining or snowing. Josh said he would look into the possibility of adding it. He will let me know. We also worked with John Noel doing the paper work. He was very helpful. I do not know the name of the fellow in the service department, but he has always been very respectful and kind on our visits. It think it might be Kent. This is our fifth Honda from this agency and we are looking forward to a great experience with it. All three of these fellows were gentlemen and respectful and kind. We so appreciate that. We actually came in for service and ended up with a new vehicle! More

The staff was pleasant, the waiting room was just as amazing as the appearance of the new building. When I arrived the automatic doors open and I was greeted and my service began , I just wanted to get an oil change but there was more to the service department than I thought, they showed me the fluids and compared them with what was new , what came from my automobile,and bad fluid ! That revealed my vehicle was in great condition! I'll be back to have my vehicle serviced while I watch television and enjoy some popcorn . Thanks for a good experience! More
