We purchased a Honda CRV! We had our 2007 Honda in for service recently and because of the age and miles we were discussing purchasing a new vehicle. We were driving through JC and decided to ride through the lot with the intention of just looking. We were greeted by Kurt Lofton who worked with us through the whole process. We test drove a few of the CRVs on the lot and three hours later we owned a 2017 CRV. Kurt was courteous and had answers for all the questions we asked; he as was knowledgeable on the vehicle features and specs. He made the whole process seem effortless. When we picked up the vehicle Kurt was there and took the time to walk us through the features and setup. More

Radio needed down load to work I was advised that download was not available for my vehicle they could not find problem. I then advise what the problem was again he then what got on I was advised that download was not available for my vehicle they could not find problem. I was never advising that there was a cost associated with this not until after we were ready to leave I was advised that the problem was fixed with a new downloaded but the cost was for $65 at which time I advice I had the protection plan but he said that did not cover this type of repair. I was not happy with this situation. More

John contacted us in February 2017 and we made an appointment to test drive a CRV and an Accord. Based up our evaluation of the CRV and the Accord, and John's excellent knowledge of both vehicles, we decided to purchase the CRV. John did an excellent job and explained all of the technology.
