Questionable dealings. I found four used vehicles on their website I was interested in looking at. I was told that one had been sold and two "did not meet their standards fo I found four used vehicles on their website I was interested in looking at. I was told that one had been sold and two "did not meet their standards for sale". (Then why were they on the web site?) I arrived at the dealership and met with the salesman, who was pleasant to work with. He showed me the vehicle and we took it for a test ride. It seemed to run ok, so I made an offer and after dealing with the sales manager (ugh). We came to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. The next day (Friday) after I drove the vehicle for about 30 miles, the check engine light came on. I took it back in and left it with them to check. I came back to the dealership Monday around noon. I talked with the original salesman who told me one thing and the sales manager who told me another. At the end of it, I was told the cancelled the code and if the light came back on, bring it back in. I did not find that very reassuring. So far the light has not come back on, but I am worried the problem will come back in a week or two and they will say, sorry you've had the vehicle too long and it's your problem now. More

Buying a used car My son and I were in there last Saturday to buy a used vehicle. Dan (the salesman) was great. After the test drive, we talked about price. We paid cash. The following Monday, I received a call saying they undercharged us by 200 and needed me to bring the money in. This angers me because it was not my mistake. If this isn't resolved, we are prepared to return the vehicle and expect a full refund. More
