Mixed review We bought a brand new car and have excellent credit..Roger was great! The finance department was ridiculous! I was told twice they would call me back and he never did (We live 2.5 hrs away). We were in a hurry and he new that, but kept doing his pushy sales pitch ( the finance person not the salesman), we told him we weren't interested and he kept finding other warranty options and saying "I know you guys are in a hurry but"...It took longer in the finance dept buying a new car than it took to buy a house!!!
