100,000 mile service Overall we were very satisfied with the work that was done on our 2008 Pilot. Brock was very polite and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. We also purchased tires and needed new brake pads. We could have saved some money by going to a local mechanic but we felt more comfortable having the dealership do all the work. The only complaint that I have is that at other dealerships in the past with different vehicles, they seem to always have the car washed and vacuumed when we picked it up. In the middle of winter and with a $2500 bill, a little thing like that does gets noticed. More

Other than that I have highly respected mechanics in JC that I trust and would recommend. But not at Honda they are just for a sale. More
