At the time, great! 10 days later ... irritating!! I took my 2014 CRV that I've owed for just over 3 years for the 30,000 mile service. At the time, the service coordinator was extremely pleasant, exp I took my 2014 CRV that I've owed for just over 3 years for the 30,000 mile service. At the time, the service coordinator was extremely pleasant, explained the things that needed to be done and the things that were done. One of those was a check of the battery and an indication on the sheet that it was ok. I left feeling quite satisfied as the cost was reasonable and the time spent there was absolutely reasonable. However, just 10 days later, I've had to have my battery replaced. It was barely managing to turn the car over and at the time I had it replaced, failed to even start the car so it had to be pushed into the bay. It was less than a fourth of what power a battery should have. So, given how bad it was and how quickly and knowing I did not run the car on the battery only or do anything out of the ordinary, I wonder if it was even checked. Seems like it couldn't have been to run out that quickly. That is money lost to the dealership without question. I don't anticipate coming back after this experience. I do not blame my service coordinator at all but am disappointed at the service I actually received in the end. More
