Excellent customer service in a timely manner! Art explained to me what all needed to be done and was very up front and honest with me the entire time. Good to be able to have my Hondas serviced locally again The other day I had two cars serviced, one scheduled and one unexpectedly when service light came on. When I arrived with service light warning Broc T The other day I had two cars serviced, one scheduled and one unexpectedly when service light came on. When I arrived with service light warning Broc Tellman was there to immediately help me and as usual with Broc he not only asked what was wrong with the car but how the car problem would be effecting my day and quickly made arrangements to check the car out and transportation for me to get where I needed to be. I believe it was Keith Hansen that helped my wife with the scheduled visit for oil change with her car. He was very good and reviewed with her the reason for the visit and the recommendations for routine services on her car without any pressure for services not recommended. The ownership change from Corwin brought me back to the local dealer for service and Broc Tellman, Kent Hager and now Keith Hansen are reasons for us to continue to have our cars serviced there. Corwin was a disaster, resulting in distrust and my driving to Columbia for service. Now that is no longer nessary and I will buy and service my Hondas locally. More
Another recall Received another recall in the mail. Called on Monday, took car in on Friday to see if part needed replacing. Was pleasantly surprised that it was all done and did not have to go back. (had part in stock), An added bonus. Kent reprogramed the locks on the doors. Four of us have tried for two and one-half years to reprogram the locks to no avail, Kent did it in less that 5 minutes. Yea!!!!!!! More

They couldn't find my account and it took forever to get an appointment for a simple oil change. I will call the local number from now on. I find $45 for an oil change to be very high. If a coupon is occasionally available for $20 that's a great bargain, but I seem to find it difficult to use in the time window given. I realize that isn't the dealership's problem, but mine. My point is the gap between coupon price and regular price is large and the regular price seems quite high for the market. Oil changes are always an opportunity for add-on services which only benefit the dealership. I will continue to visit for other reasons, but may get my oil changes elsewhere. More
