Frustrated The last 2 times I have brought my Ridgeline in for service I have been told my differential needs serviced. When I bought my Ridgeline with approximately 16000 miles on it I paid to have it Honda Certified, which means all of the fluids and filters should have been changed or serviced at that time. Since you people do all of my service work it is frustrating that you don't keep records of my vehicle. It would seem that your service personal or under pressure to find something wrong with my vehicle. I am concerned that customer service is not important after sitting with a lady customer that was told her car would be ready in 2 hours and was still sitting there after 4 hours when I left. the kicker is she had purchased her car only 4 days before. I am wondering if I shouldn't do my own service work or take it some where else. More
Waste of time Terrible! After making an "appointment" and talking to 2 different people, a salesman and a manager, to say we would be there and we're coming from St Terrible! After making an "appointment" and talking to 2 different people, a salesman and a manager, to say we would be there and we're coming from St Louis, right at the time we were there, they took someone else on a test drive with the car we went to see. They never checked to see if we were there, which we were, or tried to call us to make sure we were either not already there or were at least still coming. The timing was such that we waited for our sales person to meet us is as another sales person drive the car up. Then 2 other people got in for a test drive. We waited an hour to see if they decided to buy it or not. They did buy it and we had made the trip for nothing. They of course tried to sell us something else....I'm thinking bait and switch at that point. We wasted an entire Saturday and a tank of gas. What is the point of an appointment!!! We will never go back and would not recommend this dealer! More

Very comfortable experience. I had a 9 AM appointment. Had to drive an hour, got in immediately and had service going before I had my coffee.
