He understood that I had been burned by other dealers and explained everything to me about financing the vehicle. He explained the various warranties and worked through all the paperwork with me in a respectful and dignified manner. Often women feel that car dealers take advantage of women and I did not feel that at all. I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Problems with clarion.displayaudio remain unsolved. This is apparently a problem with the 2016 Honda Pilot if google is a reliable source. The person recommending service did not mention that the rear differential has break-in fluid and it should be changed within 20,000 miles. I was previously informed of this the last time I visited the dealership by the service foreman who was not at the dealership this time. I also told the lady when I made the service reservation but she seemed to be a call center employee and didn't pass this information along. This vehicle presently has 16,000+ miles. There is certainly room for improvement and the rating for my experience could be liberal. The people I worked with were friendly and helpful which means a lot. More
