Requested software update When I called for an appointment to complete the software update as required by corporate, the service department said I could get in immediately. Aft When I called for an appointment to complete the software update as required by corporate, the service department said I could get in immediately. After telling them I lived 45-60 minutes away they said I'd be in and out in 45 minutes. I asked what service was due and the rear differential was a little past due so they took care of it quickly. I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and expediency. I would recommend them anytime. More
Nefarious Service Center Scheduled an appointment using online website scheduler. Service adviser called and was advised of the exact service wanted and the service adviser w Scheduled an appointment using online website scheduler. Service adviser called and was advised of the exact service wanted and the service adviser was advised that a coupon for the service would be provided. When the service adviser was presented with the coupon for the service he said he knew nothing about it. Then he said the person who issued the coupon no longer worked there...but he would honor the coupon anyway (the manner and tone of voice was not pleasant). During the service, they claimed all fluids were extremely dirty to include the transmission, I declined all work except lube, oil & filter change. After the vehicle was brought home, I inspected the transmission fluid - it was a bright pink and smelled sweet - no discoloration or burnt smell. Additionally, somebody checked the air filter behind the glove box and did not correctly reattach the glove box slider, now it doesn't work properly. I only live 55 miles away so it's not worth returning. More
