Took our car in because i had noticed a few oil drops on the garage floor and figured it was a loose filter or something as simple. Manny was courteous, quick to attend to the issue and very professional. As it turned out it was the drain plug that wasn't quite tight enough. The drain plug was tightened, the pan and undercarriage cleaned and oil topped off. I got the impression that Manny treats all of his service department customers with respect and courtesy. My wife had the same type of good experience when she brought it in for service. More
