Service Techs are not properly trained (supervised) I took my daughter's 1998 Honda Civic in for service on the engine and transmission. Everything went well until I got home and popped the hood to chec I took my daughter's 1998 Honda Civic in for service on the engine and transmission. Everything went well until I got home and popped the hood to check that everything was done to standard. That is when I noticed antifreeze spilled on top of the radiator, or what appeared to be antifreeze. Then I noticed that the reservoir for the radiator was filled all the way to the top which is way above the full line, so I opened the lid of the reservoir and noticed that the liquid was blue, which is normal for Honda vehicles with extended life antifreeze, but the consistency was definitely not antifreeze. The radiator reservoir was filled with washer fluid and when it was filled, a little bit of washer fluid was spilled on top of the radiator which appeared to be antifreeze. I can understand someone making this mistake who is untrained, but from a certified Honda service tech, it's unacceptable. This was simply a tech that didn't take the time to pay attention to what he was doing and saw blue and thought washer fluid and without thinking, filled it to the top. I will take my money and business elsewhere. More

Roger, my salesperson, was very pleasant and placed no pressure on me to hurry up or stop calling my wife as I came to a final decision. It was a really good, 5-star experience until after I had committed to buying the car. After waiting what seemed like forever to meet with the finance workers, the hard sell of the extended warranty (or "service contract") began. I ultimately did not purchase the extended warranty, but after speaking with multiple people and getting an almost hostile reaction to my decision to skip the expensive warranty, I was exhausted and just wanted to go home. I understand that it is frustrating to the finance department for someone to come close to buying a warranty but ultimately skip it, especially given the low margins on new car purchases, but I still feel that the pressure to get the warranty was excessive. All that said, I would buy another car there because I got a good price on the car with a minimum of haggling--and that's the real bottom line for me. More
Disappointed I have gone to two different Honda Service Centers. One in Kansas City and the other is the one in Jefferson City. I have to say I am disappointed in the service this time. Last time, I worked with Brian, who walked me through the printout of what they looked at and what I might need to get done in the near future. He also asked if I had any coupons and if I needed a moment to search for these in my email. The oil change that time took about 30 minutes. I would have rated that service as 5/5. This most recent time (9/20/2016), I was told if I didn't have coupons when I presented the car, then no discount (and he pointed to the sign that was put up--never offering me a moment to look for one. He didn't even mention that on Tuesdays there was a discount for females. At the end of the service (1.2 hours later), he just handed the papers and told me the price for the oil change. I don't even know the person who helped me as he never introduced himself. The other disappointment with this visit was lack of service. In Kansas City, every time I get an oil change or anything done on my car, they always review the paperwork, bring the car back washed and all the plastic out of the car. In Jefferson City, not only did they not wash the car, but I was told a car wash would take about an hour and a half. There was plastic left on the car seat that I had to dispose of myself. These are little complaints, but if you've had superb service before, in comparison, this is a disappointment. More

The work was completed in less time than I expected. I own 2 Honda's that are serviced at Honda of Jefferson City. I find the service employees to be friendly & knowledgeable. More
Great, As Always! I brought by 2013 Honda Accord in for routine service. I knew I was in need of tires but had gotten 70,000 miles on my first set. When I went to pay I brought by 2013 Honda Accord in for routine service. I knew I was in need of tires but had gotten 70,000 miles on my first set. When I went to pay for my service, Mike Soukup, the service advisor, had four printouts for me with different tire options and the complete pricing. Mike wasn't pushy, he knew what info I wanted. He also advised me that there was a manufacturer's rebate that expired the next day. Unfortunately, the next day was a Sunday. I went home, called other tire dealers and got pricing. None of them beat Jefferson City Honda. I went back to speak with Mike and he took great care of me. The tires were ordered and I paid on the spot. I got to submit my receipt to get the rebate and all is great. Great Job Mike and Honda of Jefferson City!! More

I dealt with Kent in service, he was very friendly, knowledgea I came in for my maintenance oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning to Honda Jefferson City for all my service needs! More
Would not recommend service department I've currently own two Hondas that were purchased from this dealership. Even though I live approximately 60 miles away I have always brought my cars I've currently own two Hondas that were purchased from this dealership. Even though I live approximately 60 miles away I have always brought my cars here for genuine Honda parts and service. Unfortunately, this time will probably be my last time dealing with this dealership. After waiting for over an hour for an and seeing other's leaving that arrived after me, I went to check on the status of my car, which I had in for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently the work order for my service had been misplaced, and it hadn't even been looked at yet. After a quick apology, my car was taken back and serviced. I understand that mistakes do happen, but no one cared to make this mistake right. After the long wait, I was overcharged, and charged for a small part that no one notified me about which I am still left wondering about. I believe that I will be better served by taking my car to the local mechanic in the future. More
