Bad Recall Experience Called the service center to schedule to get my 2 recalls taken care of on the pilot. Says he has to order the parts (airbags), ok great. They call me back a few days later saying the parts are in and I schedule an appointment. All great so far. I show up at my appt time to drop the car off. Recall paperwork in the mail said one side would take 30 mins and the other side would take 48 mins. Service advisor says it'll be 3 hours. They drop me off at the mall, great service, for what it's worth. Service advisor calls me 1 hour later to say they completed the complementary inspection and it needs brake pads....xxx. I'm there for a recall not an excuse for you to find more work to be done. So 1 hour of my time was wasted, he calls back about 45 mins later and says they got the driver side done but the passenger side parts were not ordered/misplaced and I'll have to come back another day to get that done. I told them that since I live 60 miles away that was fine but they'd be paying for my gas the next time, at the least. Once again I am disappointed with a local service center/shop. Probably why I do all the work I can myself, at least then I know it's done right. More
Always good in prior year transactions but not this time. We are very disappointed with our latest experience. Follow up by the staff has been terrible. When we called the number as suggested in the notice we were sold a long term maintenance contract (which we do not want). It was very expensive and we did not get a return on our previous contract. The technician took my cell phone number to call when Pilot was ready, but again, they called wrong cell phone # (my husband's) even though I had given them my correct cell phone number to call. When I called in to schedule the oil change, they had a difficult time finding my vehicle, even though I bought the vehicle from you and already had the oil changed. The record was listed as Germaine Harry. Harry is my husbands name, Our last name is Renn. Records updating could use some work. Thank You. Other than that - I Love My Pilot!!! More

From my initial contact with Keith Hanson, through dealings with Mike Soukup and Emily, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've encountered at any dealership. My compliments to this business. I had considered going to Columbia but, on a whim, I called both dealerships and after talking with a rep from Columbia I heard the fat lady singing. I reside approximately 40 minutes from both cities but without hesitation Honda of Jeff City will be my destination. More

Great place to go! I always have a great experience with this service center, where I get most of my maintenance done (my dad does some of it, too). I've come to trust I always have a great experience with this service center, where I get most of my maintenance done (my dad does some of it, too). I've come to trust them and always feel like they give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done and when. I never have trouble getting my car in & it never takes longer than it should (I usually drop it off in the morning and pick it up around lunch - even though it's usually been done for a while by then). More
