Service was good, but certainly not fast We made an appointment to have a side mirror snapped in and to have our windshield and front door windows tinted. They estimated that this service would take approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes. On a positive note, the customer service rep was very professional and the courtesy driver was helpful and very punctual. It was just a busy day at the dealership and it took longer than expected. Luckily, my wife and I had some shopping to do and the time passed fairly quickly. More

Service Visit I was expecting to do a 20 minute oil change, but they realized it was time for the 30K maintenence. Because this was going to be a 90 minute service I was expecting to do a 20 minute oil change, but they realized it was time for the 30K maintenence. Because this was going to be a 90 minute service instead, they worked with me to help me accomplish my other goals while in Jeff City that day. They cheerfully took me to my other destination and picked me up and I was able to accomplish all I needed to do, even with the unexpected delay. Car is running great! More
