Professional Fast Service Brought car in as air conditioner was not working. Kent checked me in and I went to the lounge. He came back shortly and said I needed a part but it Brought car in as air conditioner was not working. Kent checked me in and I went to the lounge. He came back shortly and said I needed a part but it was in Columbia. I said I would wait. He came back in about 10 minutes and said his service man was already there and he was on his way back with the part. In about 30 minutes, Kent came in and said the air was working and car was ready to go. I am always pleased with the great service and professionalism of Kent and staff. More

From the very first email till we drove our new car off the lot we had nothing but a positive experience. Buying a car should not be this hard Let me start off by saying this is the 4th Honda I have purchased form this dealer, its gone through ownership changes but it will be the last one fro Let me start off by saying this is the 4th Honda I have purchased form this dealer, its gone through ownership changes but it will be the last one from this Honda Dealer. The actual process of buying the car was fine, it all fell apart in the Business office. A few days after buying the car I was contacted by the Business office and informed they had used an out of date sales contract and needed us to sign another one. OK we live an hour away so driving back up was not feasible, she indicated they would FedEx it us, perfect. The Fed Ex package never showed up, They called the next day and said they wanted to send a driver, OK we set up a time and location, no one ever showed up, no call no text no contact at all. A day later I called to ask what was going on, they wanted to send another driver, by now I was done waiting for them, just FedEx the contract as we originally planned. Reluctantly they agreed. After 10 days we finally completed the deal. I am OK with mistakes, mistakes happen but attitude of the business office that this was my problem to fix and accommodate their schedule quickly grew old, add to that two fails to follow through on their promises; three strikes and I am done. As always, I really enjoyed interacting with the front desk personnel and service staff at the Jefferson City Honda. We live in Columbia Missouri and it is about 30 + 30 miles drive from and to Columbia to get our Honda vehicles serviced. I don't mind doing that because the professionalism and the courteousness of the staff at Jefferson City Honda is truly remarkable. I would rate 10 out of 10 for everything from purchasing a new vehicle and servicing our vehicles at the Jefferson City Honda. Broc Tellman, with whom I interacted is absolutely fantastic with tremendous professionalism. More
