Amazing! I wanted a very specific car - the metallic blue 2016 Honda Civic. This was difficult because I was told there was only 3 of them in the Midwest. I wa I wanted a very specific car - the metallic blue 2016 Honda Civic. This was difficult because I was told there was only 3 of them in the Midwest. I was originally working with Honda of Lee's Summit, as I live 250 miles from the Jefferson City Honda. The Lees Summit Honda was not very friendly so my boyfriend researched where the cars were and found one in Jefferson City. They actually sold my blue one a day later. However, they still chose to do business with us. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They had to have the car delivered there from a Nebraska dealership and then they delivered it to my front door!! They went through all of this and still gave us a better price than the Lee's Summit Honda. The only minor thing was that I was told it would be delivered on a truck and they drove it to me which put 250 miles on the car. I didn't make a fuss though because they went through a lot of trouble to sell me the car. It was an amazing experience. I love the car and although I live far away I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know! More

Did oil change and ruined transmission Don't take your car to this dealership for an oil change. The transmission froze up after leaving the dealership since it did not have any fluid in it. They have refused to correct their error and accept responsibility. More
Two in a row great Lease to Buy deals! My wife and I were looking at Corolla's and Elantra's. We test drove the Elantra and liked it. The next day on just a whim decided to check out the Honda Civic enroute to check out Corolla's. We called the Internet person and we met the same sales person, Scott, from the Hyundai dealer. After our Civic test drive we knew we wanted it, but was afraid we had little negotiating room. I was shocked by the initial low offer we got for a Civic EX-T. Lower than anything I saw posted on true car!. Scott was genuinely sincere on selling us the car we wanted. Very nice and low pressure. After making the deal, we met Finance Manager, Sarah. No way was I going to buy an extended warranty. After her indepth presentation, again low pressure and again the reasonable price, I went with a 7 year 100K warranty since I intend to buy the vehicle after the lease. She was very friendly and knew her stuff. In 2014, I also got a Honda Odyssey lease to buy with a great deal. Two in a row. Never made it to Toyota. More

Oil change I went to visit my husband at the Mexico Veterans Nursing Home last Friday morning. While driving there the wrench icon came on saying I only had 15% I went to visit my husband at the Mexico Veterans Nursing Home last Friday morning. While driving there the wrench icon came on saying I only had 15% oil life. After visiting my husband I called the Honda Dealership from Mexico and spoke with Kent Hager saying I desperately needed an oil change. He said come in at 2. The oil was changed and they inspected the car.. I had recently reached 30,000 miles . So the transmission fluid was checked and it needed to be changed and a air filter needed to be replaced. All was done in a timely matter. I sincerely appreciate the great service. More
Service Dept. Service wasnt as good as it usually is. The person on the register had forgotten to get an extra key made at our request, also, he didnot call us when Service wasnt as good as it usually is. Dont know if it was because of it being a Saturday, because I usually bring my vehicle during the week and its usually good service.
