too many mistakes While we love our Honda -- we are very disappointed in the service we received at the dealership. There were many paperwork errors that had to be co While we love our Honda -- we are very disappointed in the service we received at the dealership. There were many paperwork errors that had to be corrected, also they promised to detail the vehicle upon purchase but we had to take it back the next day as the "detail guy" had gone home ( we were told for the evening). When we took the vehicle back for the detailing we were made to wait over an hour, then all they had done was to wash the exterior of the car. The inside was dirtier after the detailing than before as they tracked their residue from their white gravel into the car, they also had clearly smoked inside the car - and neither of us are smokers or have friends / family that smoke. Additionally the dealership had stated they would provide us with the rubber floor mats we asked about and then have still not provided these to us. More

Nobody knows what is going on I talked with at least 6 different people during a 2.5 week struggle to get a new car. My address was incorrect in their database, when I was at their location I corrected it, when I bought my car I had them mail the title to my work address - nope, it went to the wrong address from earlier. I heard a couple different stories on the availability of my car from them, there seems to be no communication between people that work there, and you have to force the issue to hear anything from them. More

Tire/wheel noise back of car I noticed some noise in the rear driver side tire/wheel. It almost sounded like a wheel bearing was going out. After a quick diagnosis, Kent Hager, my I noticed some noise in the rear driver side tire/wheel. It almost sounded like a wheel bearing was going out. After a quick diagnosis, Kent Hager, my Service Advisor, replaced the back axle which was covered under warranty. It was completed when promised. Even though I bought my Honda from another Dealership, Kent's earned my trust and I will continue to have him care for my Honda. More
