Mr. Frazier went out of his way to assist me. As a result the individual hurried through the process, and I was presented with an I-pad to sign and initial . He did not explain all of the costs of the loan which included a $904. finance charge which I would never have agreed too if I had been told in advance. I could have obtained a loan from my broker for far less. Notwithstanding the above, the experience at Honda of Jefferson City was pleasant, especially with working with Richard Frazier. More
