Oil change experience When I got there I asked how much the oil change would be and noticed it had gone up from the last time. When the man that was helping me explained th When I got there I asked how much the oil change would be and noticed it had gone up from the last time. When the man that was helping me explained that I was getting 2 oil changes I questioned him on why that was because I didn't ask for 2. He said that now they are on a new system and whoever I talked to put me down for that amount. Since I told him I didn't need 2 he changed it and the price came down. I think whoever is taking these calls for oil changes may need to be trained on how to take the order. I would hate to think the Honda dealership is trying to get extra money out of people without them realizing it! That makes for very bad business! More
