Kent always ensures mine and my daughters safety when it comes to my vehicle and I can’t put a price on that or thank Kent enough. I would never trust anyone else to ensure my vehicle is safe for myself an comes to my vehicle and I can’t put a price on that or thank Kent enough. I would never trust anyone else to ensure my vehicle is safe for myself and my child other than Kent. He also provides me with superior customer service that I have never received from any other company or individual. Honda will forever have my business solely because of Kent Hager. I don’t know what you pay him but I guarantee it is not enough! Can you put a price on your family members life? I can’t, but I trust Kent to ensure my vehicle is safe and that I don’t have to worry about my daughters life or my own due to vehicle safety. If every Honda store had there on Kent Hager; all other service departments in the surrounding areas would be forced to shut down. A five star system is not even appropriate for what Kent Hager does. He is a 10 out of 10 every time! Being as I am disabled and Kent is aware of that, he went above and beyond (as he always does) and even had my vehicle backed up to the door so I did not have to walk far in order to leave. If Kent Hager ever left Honda I would follow him wherever he went for ALL my service needs. Kent needs to be paid more than double what Honda currently pays him! More
