Great Service Brian went over my Odyssey when I arrived. While verifying what was set for the appointment he noticed that I had bought my tires at Honda and as such Brian went over my Odyssey when I arrived. While verifying what was set for the appointment he noticed that I had bought my tires at Honda and as such the tire rotation would be free which saved me about $20. Every dollar counts, so thanks!!! Recent purchase of a used Honda Accord I recently purchased a used Honda Accord with no service records. My service tech, Broc Tellman, was able to determine there had been some recalls on I recently purchased a used Honda Accord with no service records. My service tech, Broc Tellman, was able to determine there had been some recalls on the car and some service had been performed on the transmission. With the general inspection came some items that need additional attention. This car is for my granddaughter who is living a few hours away. It is much better to deal with issues I can plan for than have her car break down that far away. More

Very Forgetful I was having my oil changed and they lost my keys, forgot to put the sticker in my window indicating when my next oil change was due and I had to go b I was having my oil changed and they lost my keys, forgot to put the sticker in my window indicating when my next oil change was due and I had to go back the next day because of a noise my vehicle was making. I found out the noise was due to something under the hood not being hooked back up correctly. It makes me wonder if they even did the work that they charged me for. My customer service rep was very apologetic and courteous. I don't know whose responsibility it was to make sure the work was done on my vehicle correctly. More
