Reasonably pleasant sales experience, but not impressed in the slightest with service. My first experience with an oil change was ok. Second experience unsatisfactory. I scheduled an appt online with my in the slightest with service. My first experience with an oil change was ok. Second experience unsatisfactory. I scheduled an appt online with my adviser, Tyler Swetnam, just to arrive the next day & Tyler was not there. Bryce assisted. We were there 3 hours (!) when Bryce finally shared that they thought they had the correct part but Honda had put the incorrect part in the box - the part # did not match. So we drove 125 miles round trip for a waste of time. Bryce later calls to say the correct part didnt arrive on time as anticipated because of warehouse issues & the delivery truck not arriving. Days later we get a call that the part is in, and my husband had to take off work in order to make yet another 125 mile round trip for another 3 hour appointment. Luckily, this time, the correct grille was installed & calibrated. However, a new key fob for Driver 2 had also been ordered & Bryce advised my husband that he'd need to pay for it. When it was explained that we purchased the CR-V brand new on 2/1/20 & the key fob was already noted to be damaged at that time, Bryce finally waived the fob cost for us, but let my husband leave the dealership/service center without bothering to calibrate/match it to the CR-V so we discovered that it merely locks/unlocks the doors; it fails to open the hatch or auto-adjust the driver seat to the Driver 2 setting. No one offered to top off our gas tank or give anything aside from a meager apology, not even a reassuring, comforting, or empathetic smile. The only reason we'll be back is if it is a service item that only a Honda dealership can attend to - and even then, it will be grudgingly. No recommendations from us in regards to Honda of Jefferson City. I do adore my Honda CR-V, though. More
