Great first time car buying experience for my daughter. Cliff and his team went above and beyond to walk her through the experience. She had a lot of fun test driving cars and actually getting the car that Cliff and his team went above and beyond to walk her through the experience. The people were very helpful and I tremendously appreciated the free ride to anywhere in the city. I had my 4 kids with me and it would not have been pleasant to stay at the dealership for 3.5 hour appreciated the free ride to anywhere in the city. I had my 4 kids with me and it would not have been pleasant to stay at the dealership for 3.5 hours. We live an hour and 15 minutes away so we had to wait while the vehicle was being worked on. The one thing that was a disappointment was that the part we needed was not in stock. Because we live an hour and 15 minutes away, we will not be returning to have that part replaced. We will go to our local mechanic instead. More

My experience with this dealership was less than ideal. I bought a truck that had to be returned the very next day due to a mechanical problem. This in itself was not a big deal because the sales staff assur bought a truck that had to be returned the very next day due to a mechanical problem. This in itself was not a big deal because the sales staff assured me they would fix it. Also, I had another vehicle to drive so initially, I was not in a huge hurry to get the truck back. However, the process of fixing the truck eventually dragged into a full week for something that should have taken no more than one or two days. During this time, the staff seemed to display a complete lack of internal coordination. This was primarily between Sales and Service. Additionally, it was impossible to get anyone to proactively keep me updated with what was going on with the truck. If I wanted an update, I had to call the sales team and they usually did not know the current status. Eventually, I had to call Ford myself and figure out what was wrong with the truck. I relayed that information to the salesman on Thursday evening and still didn’t get the truck back until the following Tuesday evening. Again, the bottom line is that it appeared that there was very poor coordination/ communication between Sales and Service in addressing and fixing my problem. More
