I love the service I receive at Honda. Most importantly I trust that the technicians are performing their work correctly. This makes me feel safe driving my car in all conditions. I feel that the employees are always honest and are sincerely concerned about maintaining my car. I appreciate the maintenance report I receive so I know when I might need new brakes or tires. Every employee that I've talked to in the service department has been sincerely nice and caring. The clean environment, free water coffee and popcorn, and comfortable waiting area are added bonuses. When I had to buy new headlight bulbs and windshield wipers your price was lower than the local car parts store I usually use. A note to management....the MAIN REASON I continue to service my car at Jefferson City Honda is they are performing the work correctly and honestly. This allows me to feel safe driving my car and assures me that my car will last as long as possible. Your employees are also wonderful to work with. The popcorn and waiting are are just the icing on the cake. Thank you! More

I found a van I really liked and it was in our price range. We drove two hours to Jeff City to test drive it. We arrived at 930am. We were told it was detailed and would have gas put in it upon purchase range. We drove two hours to Jeff City to test drive it. We arrived at 930am. It was not fully detailed because a week after purchase we found old food in the back of the seats wrapped in napkins, something dried in the back cup holder and small stains that easily wiped out in various places in the car. The vacuum in the back was also full from previous owners and never emptied. When I picked it up after going to lunch, it was only at a half tank which was where it was at when I test drove it. I called them and asked about the gas and was told by “H” that they only put $10 in a used car, but that’s not what he originally told us. He also didn’t call, we received that message by text. We were given a car fax that listed everything that was done to it, which included a windshield repair. Fast forward a week and a half after we had it and we washed it for the first time. We discovered 3 chips in the windshield and when I called to inquire about the repair they said there was never a windshield repair done. I asked to speak to the sales guy that we dealt with who told me he would have to check with the service manager. He said he would call me back. I instead of calling me, he text me to tell me he’d call me tomorrow because the sales manager was not in. By 1pm the next day I still never received a phone call so I called them. I spoke to a sales manager who immediately scheduled for safelite glass to come to me to fix the windshield since I lived 2 hours away! For as much as I paid for this vehicle, the customer service by our sales guy, was less than stellar. Although the manager that I spoke to was very helpful. (I didn’t catch his name) . More
