The worst experience I have ever had. And dealership lost my future business brought a 2009 serria and everything went smooth went to pick the truck up it had a check engine light on when I test drove it and my future business brought a 2009 serria and everything went smooth went to pick the truck up it had a check engine light on when I test drove it and they said they would go through it. So two days later went to pick it up I was told that a code came up on the way back for the from getting it cleaned up head Bryce say on the mechanic wouldn’t have let it leave like that so I ask what the code was and Eddie said something I couldn’t pick up so 16 days after I had gotten the truck a check engine light pops up and brought it in at 5 am on a Friday and by 12 that day got inform that it’s goin to be close to 600 dollars told them I signed a warranty contract and they said we don’t have anything that u signed for any warranty. So went over after work got into it with Bryce told him I had one told them I wanted to talk to Sara and see if she has a copy of it and about a hr of being there comes to find out I had a b and g warranty and that what I have to have done doesn’t get Cöver so they said well we will pay 300 and u pay 300 and at this point I just wanted my truck fix they said it would take 3 hrs and told me it would be done by sat morning. Well they wife text Bryce and he said won’t be done till Tuesday so I called and ask what was goin on he said they just got the parts in this is at 2pm and they close at 5 so I don’t know why they couldn’t have fixed it told them I wanted the copy of the warranty and paplet for the warranty and when I went to pick my truck up Bryce wasn’t real friendly. So people beware of this dealership they are wolves in sheep clothing won’t recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family More
