Not very happy at all. We feel ripped off, and that is after waiting over 3 hours. We called and asked if they had time to look at our pilot the same day and they could. We had a slow tire leak, our rear ac blower was not working and I said our dash kept saying check fuel cap. I told the service guy every thing and that my check gas cap had Just went away. He said it takes 6 key cycles after refitting the gas cap for the error to clear if everything is good and I said great. I thought well 1 less thing. The service guy never said anything about taking more than 3 hours and charged us for a evap system test. I felt that this was not necessary since the error went away and he himself said it takes 6 key cycles to clear. Then he tells us that if it keeps up, and this was only the first time we ever saw this error, to replace the gas cap. A new gas cap is $50, he charged us $80 for the evap test. We complained saying that doesn’t seem right and he said well he didn’t charge us for the 3 hours that we were there. We are very disappointed. This is our second Honda and after decades of service at Honda I am afraid we will not go back. More
I bought a car in February didn’t even have it a month and it broke down on me. So I take it back and they had it for a couple months. Just got it back last week and it’s still not fixed. Honda of Jefferson City called and let me know I had a recall on my car, they schedule my appointment while we were on the phone. A day before the appointment they called to verify my parts where there an recall on my car, they schedule my appointment while we were on the phone. A day before the appointment they called to verify my parts where there and verified I was going to be able to make the appointment. While I was there I had my car serviced, they recommend some additional services that I went a head and okayed. Tyler keep me up to date on the progress of the work. My car was repaired and serviced as requested. Satisfied Customer! More
I will never again bring my car over there and everyone that I know I will tell them not to go there to do service. The advisor that work with me that day was disrespectful and unprofessional this person i that I know I will tell them not to go there to do service.
