Craig was very helpful! He was friendly and made sure the job got done efficiently, quickly and right. He even made sure to wash my car because it was dirty. That was very much appreciated. Keenan is GREAT! I submitted a request for a quote on a Pathfinder. When Keenan reached out, I provided a bit more information about what I was looking for, which incl I submitted a request for a quote on a Pathfinder. I was looking for something roomier than my car which had been recently totaled. Keenan listed well to what I said I wanted and pulled out not only the Pathfinder, but also a Hyundai Sonata. While it IS a sedan, it was nice and roomy, within my price range and it had way more bells and whistles I was expecting. He definitely opened my eyes to the possibilities! While ultimately I decided to not purchase a car, it had nothing to do with the options of vehicles presented, or Keenan himself. Keenan was very upbeat and jovial, a pleasure to get along with and listened extremely well to what I was saying that I wanted. This was my first time looking for a car and there was very little pressure that I felt from him. If you have him as your salesman, I believe that you will be listened to as what you do and don't want and if you leave yourself open to possibilities, he may just surprise you with something that you thought you didn't want!
