1st time I went here because Riley’s is closed. The service itself was good but the price was ridiculous. For what I had done at Riley’s it normally cost me ab I went here because Riley’s is closed. Very nice, accommodating, and efficient. We originally had purchased our civic back in TN and recently moved to the Jefferson City area. This was our first time in the Jefferson City Honda, but had no doubt the staff would be great, based on previous experiences. As soon as we walked in, Bryce Ramay greeted us and we proceeded to tell him what we thought was wrong; he was able to confirm our concerns. The fan bearing was going out in the car. He also mentioned, after a car inspection, that one of the car’s back tires needed to be replaced ASAP and the transmission fluid needed to be changed as well. He made sure that the problem we came in for and future problems were fixed. Would highly recommend Jefferson City Honda. More
