They got us in and out quick, found the problem right away and were very informative and great customer service. The staff is great to work with but on this visit the oil life and tire sensors must not have been reset. My 2016 Honda Accord battery died and Bryce went out of his way to arrange to have my car jump started and the battery replaced in less than 90 minutes. Kent Hager is the only reason I have my service work done at Honda and the only reason I refer people I truly care for to him. His salary should probably be doubled, and the doubled again! I guarantee his at Honda and the only reason I refer people I truly care for to him. His salary should probably be doubled, and the doubled again! I guarantee his pay doesn’t reflect the value he brings to Honda and customers. A five star system is not even appropriate for what Kent Hager does. He is a 10 out of 10 every time! If Kent Hager ever left Honda I would follow him wherever he went for ALL my service needs and I would also take every customer I’ve sent to him with me. More
