This was my first time having service done here. Gina the service person was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Trouble was not resolved accurately. Now, need to make another appointment to get this issue corrected. Very disappointing. $45 to repair a leak in a tire per their diagnosis. 3 days later the tire indic another appointment to get this issue corrected. The repaired one at 31 psi, the other three at 34.5. The other issue that I brought to their attention (ride not smooth, slight vibration) was not even addressed except to state it was because I have low profile tires which they sold me a year ago. No issues. Quickly fixed the recall that was need and did the oil change service that was due. Was in and out quicker than the previous times I went in just for oil change.
