First time car buyer! I walked in to Honda today having a good idea of what I wanted to buy and when. Jin Sato walked up to me when I walked in and got to know what I wante I walked in to Honda today having a good idea of what I wanted to buy and when. Jin Sato walked up to me when I walked in and got to know what I wanted, my price range and what kind of lifestyle I live and want in the future. He introduced me to my new (used) Honda Element which I had never seen nor considered but fit my needs more than any of the three original cars I had in mind. I didn't even want to look at another car after I drove this beautiful car that's made for avid sports lovers like myself! He got me approved and driving off the lot today - which is the way I wanted it - one and done! I'm so thankful he was able to direct me to a better choice for my lifestyle than I knew existed! We ended up seeing a used vehicle that met all our requirements and started the buying process. Mohammed was very eager to help us in getting the "deal" we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised about the trade in value they gave us for our vehicle but I wished we would have done a bit more research on the cost of used vehicles. If we could do it again, we would deal on the price of the new, used vehicle verses getting the better trade in value. But, with that said, that was our own fault and not theirs. Overall, things went very well and it was a pleasant experience. More
