SO FAR---GREAT! I have been interested in the brand new HRV since I first heard about it in January of 2015. I visited the Kirkland showroom several times, looking at cars and waiting for the HRVs to arrive at the dealership. While there I spoke with several of the employees. Most were very helpful, not pushy, and were respectful of my needs. When the HRV finally arrived I was connected with Ed Molina. This was a great match! Ed was patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. My son and I both drove the car and were impressed with this wonderful HRV! It is the perfect size and has so much interior room for a smaller car. I have ordered a jazzy red HRV and will finish my praises for Kirkland Honda in a few weeks when it arrives. I came in honda of Kirkland couple days ago and met Sid Eng. He walked me through the lease program a few times to make sure I understand everything and gave me the confidence to go into a lease. Battery Change/Radio I had put a new battery in my car, a code was needed to enter to program in so that it would work once again.
