Carlos Cubias is the best and most helpful salesperson in town - he really understands customer service! We went to multiple dealerships and spoke with many salespeople. Store people and sales stuff is heavily Garbage shop. Don’t use it. Almost identical car is less than half price in a market, including Craigslist. Store people and sales stuff is heavily pushing for a purchase not thinking about what customers looking for. I wasted $10K+ here for a terrible treatment and service. Also I couldn’t help laughing when sales manager asked me to bring $10K+ cash if I want to get a car on the day. They say personal check takes time for their account to receive it, but I don’t think there is customer who want to bring $10K+ cash which is completely non sense. More
