Carlos Cubias is the best and most helpful salesperson in town - he really understands customer service! We went to multiple dealerships and spoke with many salespeople. Carlos was 10x more helpful than all town - he really understands customer service! We went to multiple dealerships and spoke with many salespeople. Carlos was 10x more helpful than all of them, and it's obvious he really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him because he didn't pressure us, and gave us so much information to help us make the best decision. I was impressed by how much time he spent showing us how to use all the new vehicle features (staying long after the office closed). Thank you for working out a great solution for us, Carlos! More

Garbage shop. Don’t use it.Almost identical car is less Garbage shop. Don’t use it. Almost identical car is less than half price in a market, including Craigslist. Store people and sales stuff is heavily Garbage shop. Don’t use it. Almost identical car is less than half price in a market, including Craigslist. Store people and sales stuff is heavily pushing for a purchase not thinking about what customers looking for. I wasted $10K+ here for a terrible treatment and service. Also I couldn’t help laughing when sales manager asked me to bring $10K+ cash if I want to get a car on the day. They say personal check takes time for their account to receive it, but I don’t think there is customer who want to bring $10K+ cash which is completely non sense. More
