Best Pandemic Purchase Ever - we bought a new CRV, sight unseen, with the extraordinary help of Isaac V. We were not comfortable visiting the showroom, so all selection, negotiation, qualification, etc. was unseen, with the extraordinary help of Isaac V. Over a period of 2 weeks+, we communicated via phone, email, & text to choose our new car, trade-in our used car, working within a conservative & fixed budget. The 2021 awesome 0% finance didn't work for us as we tried to keep our monthly payments close to the current one. Using creativity & dedication, Isaac was able secure a new 2020 car, higher-end than we thought financially possible, take advantage of the 0% interest & make a wish become a reality! Isaac worked tirelessly with his team to provide us with a delightful new CR-V. We are forever grateful to him for his amazing attention to detail, perseverance, caring attitude, continual feedback, keeping us constantly up-to-date with everything.
