My sister had previously worked with Sid, and had a good experience. I found my experience with Joseph no different. He had some great stories to entertain us with as we waited as well. I talked briefly to Justin before coming in and he prepared and cleaned the cars I was interested in, so it was ready by the time I got there. I ended up mostly working with Mahad, who did an excellent job in assisting me during the test drive to show all of the road assistant and safety features, which was super helpful. They did a very good job of listening to my needs and tried their best to meet them, without being pushy. I also really appreciate the appointment-only system and the cars/chairs sanitizing that the dealership implements as proactive safety measures against COVID-19.
