Got a brand new 2020 Honda Odyssey and had the pleasure to work with Mr. Justin Lee as my salesperson. He really took care of me from start to end. Gave me probably the best detailed demo of all the possible features the Odyssey can do, before, during and after the test drive. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Really impressed. During my visit, someone else purchased online the vehicle i was about to acquire, but even though that happened, he found out a similar one and got prepared with all the exact features as the one that i wanted. Some days later it was delivered. Justin kept me informed during those days about the status, until i finally got it. During those days i sent him different questions through text messages and he quickly answered back regardless of the time of the day. On the day the Odyssey got delivered, my wife went with me to pick it up, and once again Justin went through all the demos of the Odyssey with her. Really impressed, outstanding service and Justin probably the best salesperson i ever worked with. Ask for him whenever you want a new Honda at Kirkland.
