Great used car experience My husband and I came in to look at a 2018 Ford Edge that we had seen online. When I called ahead to see if the car was available, I was transferred to Carlos Cubias and we set up a time to for me to drive the car. Between 9:00am or so when I talked to him and 4:30pm when I arrived at the dealership, he had studied the owner's manual and was able to tell me about just about all the features of the car as if it were a new Honda. I was super impressed--it was clear he had done his homework. Even though it was a used car purchase of an off-brand, he never made it feel like we were wasting his time, and he left my husband and me alone when we needed to discuss the purchase. When it came time to start negotiating, he kept his sense of humor even though my husband was using his best bargaining skills and Carlos had to make umpteen trips back and forth. Tim Chi was very knowledgeable about the credit union I was using and very patient explaining all the paperwork required to complete the transaction. All in all, we were super happy with the buying experience. It was a very smooth transaction overall. More

Our experience with the finance department during our purchase was not as enjoyable, and we felt that they were pushing add-ons in a moderately aggressive fashion with a lot of numbers moving quickly to try and add $3,000-$5,000 to the final financing total. We don't fault the individual that we were working with since they're only doing their job, but we would have appreciated sales offers ending after finishing with Carlos. More
