She listened to all of my needs and worries and was also extremely friendly to both me and my two boys 6yrs & 9yrs who were also with me. One thing to mention was that I wasn't buying a new car. It definitely wasn't there biggest sale of the day but they still made me feel just as important as if it was. The entire process from initial inquiry to driving off the lot with my new Escape was merely a few hours.
